BEVM has partnered with Bybit Web3 Wallet to launch a one-month airdrop campaign, offering $600,000 worth of BEVM tokens.
In partnership with Bybit Web3 Wallet, Bitcoin Layer 2 project BEVM launched a one-month airdrop campaign, which is currently underway. Users can participate in interactive activities such as staking, swapping, and cross-chain bridging using the Bybit Web3 Wallet in order to be eligible for a share of the $600,000 airdrop pool, which consists of 1,47 million tokens.
The over-collateralized stablecoin Satoshi Protocol, the modular cross-chain bridge protocol OO, designed specifically for the Bitcoin ecosystem, the decentralized cryptocurrency exchange (DEX) BEVMSwap, and the liquid staking protocol for Bitcoin on the Bitcoin Layer 2 network Bido are among the ecosystem projects taking part in the airdrop event.
Users should engage with Bitcoin Layer 2 dApps and participate in social quests to qualify for airdrops from the $210,000 BEVM prize pool. Additionally, users can engage in BTC staking activities with Bido and contribute to sharing a $120,000 prize pool by connecting the Bybit Seed Phrase Wallet to their address.
On the Satoshi Protocol platform, users can compete for a piece of the $90,000 prize pool by depositing BTC or WSTBTC to borrow SAT.
In the meantime, users may be able to receive a share of the $90,000 prize pool by completing an on-chain bridge operation on OO, which entails bridging BTC from any Bitcoin Layer 2 to BEVM on OO via the Bybit Seed Phrase Wallet.
After interacting with various ecosystem projects, users will also receive token airdrops from various ecosystem projects after interacting with them. Users’ Bybit Wallets (TGE) will receive all incentives after the token generation event.
BEVM Opens Its Mainnet for the Bitcoin Layer 2 Network and Raises $10 Million in Funding Rounds
According to Taproot Consensus, BEVM is a Bitcoin Layer 2 network that accepts EMV payments and uses BTC as gas. Currently, the project supports more than 100 ecosystem projects, over 1 million registered user addresses, and over 10 million transactions.
They have increased their valuation to $200 million after raising $10 million in funding through seed and Series A rounds led by RockTree Capital, Waterdrip Capital, Arkstream Capital, and other investors.
When BEVM’s mainnet went live in March, users could move their assets to the mainnet through third-party bridges or their official bridge.
