Cristiano Ronaldo, the renowned Portuguese footballer, is releasing his fourth collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in collaboration with Binance.

Cristiano Ronaldo, a football player from Portugal, has teamed up with Binance to launch his fourth collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs)

On May 29, the footballer’s new collection will be available on the Binance NFT Marketplace. It will be a celebration of his life and career, featuring highlights from all of it.

In response to a Binance blog post, Cristiano Ronaldo said:

“My football journey has seen me travel around the world, and I’ve been honored to play for some of the most prestigious clubs out there. Now it’s your turn to join me on that journey too.”

The series debut will reveal neither the price nor the amount of NFT included in the new collection. Still, the post did mention that all “normal NFTs” will have the same price, but “the final Super Rare NFT” in the set will have a different price.

Attendees of past NFT events featuring Cristiano Ronaldo have received non-digital benefits as part of a promotion with Binance, such as a premium experience where they can play football with the legend himself.

In November 2023, reports surfaced that the football legend had become the subject of a class action lawsuit in a Florida federal courtroom for his involvement in NFT collection sales with Binance.

Ronaldo “promoted, assisted in, and/or actively participated in the offer and sale of unregistered securities in coordination with Binance,” according to the plaintiffs, and he was aware that Binance was involved in these actions.

Cristiano Renaldo is facing legal action as a result of Binance’s history of problems, which began with the conviction of founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao for aiding fraud in the United States.

In April of 2024, he received a four-month prison sentence for his alleged involvement in a money laundering scam.
