Sfermion, Sparkle Ventures, and Diagram Ventures were among the participants in Helika’s $8 million Series A round, which was led by Pantera Capital. In addition to Spencer Tucker and Damon Gura, Marc Alloul was also an angel investor.

The previous fundraising rounds, spearheaded by Diagram Ventures, totaled $3.6 million in 2022 and $4 million in March 2023, respectively, bringing the total raised to $12.6 million.

Advanced off-chain and on-chain analytics are at the heart of the company’s comprehensive product line. The company’s game management technology is driven by AI and helps both traditional and Web3 game development studios maximize earnings by optimizing user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

“In the last 12 months we have captured a dominant market share in the web3 gaming space under challenging market conditions,” commented Helika co-founder and CEO Anton Umnov in a statement regarding the development. With the upcoming launch of our next-gen AI-powered Game Management tools, we are prepared to assist our partners in reaching new heights of success.

After finding success in the US and Europe, Umnov said his company will now focus on the APAC market to grow its global footprint. Umnov expressed gratitude for the support of both their current and potential venture partners.

Helika has created “the best solution in the market for analyzing and growing web3 user activity,” according to Franklin Bi, a partner at Pantera Capital.

They count some of the most prestigious gaming companies and web3 consumer brands among their clientele. He predicted that Helika’s AI Game Engine will be an indispensable resource for game developers as the industry adapts to the rapid pace of AI and web 3.

“Helika is a leader in web3 analytics, attribution, and game management. They work not only with Animoca Brands and our portfolio companies but also with Yuga, Wildcard, and others,” said Yat Siu, co-founder, executive chair, and member of the investment committee of Sparkle Ventures.

Siu claims that the fact that Sparkle Ventures has put money into Helika shows how great their products are and how solid their position is in the market.
