Lorenzo Technology Launches Beta Mainnet for BTC Blockchain

Lorenzo Technology has launched its beta mainnet for a Bitcoin liquid blockchain, allowing users to sign up and participate by linking their wallets.

We have announced the official beta mainnet launch of Lorenzo Technology, a Bitcoin liquid blockchain. Users are now able to sign up and start utilizing Lorenzo.

To participate, users must link their Lorenzo wallets and select the Babylon Pre-launch Staking plan from the staking options. Around six blocks after confirming the requested staking amount, the Bitcoin network typically approves pending BTC transactions. After verification, users will receive stBTC as a reward.

After that, they can connect their stBTC to Bitlayer’s DeFi ecosystem. Upon successful completion of the transactions, individuals can utilize their stBTC on Bitlayer to engage in the Bitlayer DeFi ecosystem.

Lorenzo Technology has revealed that the pre-debut staking event for Babylon will begin at the same time as the mainnet debut. Early birds can earn points by staking Lorenzo and connecting stBTC to Bitlayer, making them network partners.

For participation, we suggest using the OKX wallet or any other wallet. The user needs to go to the “manage crypto” section, pick “custom crypto,” then choose the network, and finally locate Bitlayer.

After that, they must confirm by entering the Lorenzo Technology StBTC contract address: 0xf6718b2701D4a6498eF77D7c152b2137Ab28b8A3. Following these steps will allow users to add stBTC to Bitlayer, giving them access to additional features.

Joining the $23.24 million mining gala event, Lorenzo Protocol forms a partnership with Bitlayer to enhance its ecosystem

The Lorenzo Protocol is an initiative to create a liquid Bitcoin restaking protocol that makes it easier to issue, trade, and settle yield-bearing tokens using Babylon, a Bitcoin staking mechanism. For projects that value security and liquidity, it connects Bitcoin stakers with suitable opportunities.

In order to boost growth and involvement across both ecosystems, Lorenzo Protocol recently formed a strategic partnership with Bitlayer. Additionally, the project is now part of Bitlayer’s Mining Gala, an event with a reward pool of more than $23.24 million that gives people a chance to win incentives from Bitlayer and its dApp ecosystem through airdrops.
