David Schwartz, Ripple CTO, has made a remarkable decision by openly defending President Joe Biden in the midst of the uproar surrounding the ongoing criminal prosecution of Donald Trump. The charges that Trump used improper handling of sensitive documents are the primary focus of the trial.

The motion for a gag order that was made by special counsel Jack Smith was denied by Judge Cannon on Tuesday, May 28 this year.
The purpose of the gag order was to prevent President Trump from making anything that could be considered inflammatory regarding the search of his Mar-a-Lago property by the FBI in 2022. In addition, Trump has asserted on multiple occasions, including in requests for financial support, that Vice President Biden was “locked and loaded ready to take me out” and that FBI agents were authorized to shoot him during the raid.
