Users of Twitter’s mobile app now have the option of tipping content creators in Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency.

The addition of Ethereum comes following the company’s launch of Bitcoin tipping in late September.

The “tip jar” feature on Twitter, which allows users to earn money from their followers, was first offered in early May.
