Zulu Network Integrates Orbiter Finance for Ethereum Access

Zulu Network gains access to Ethereum via Orbiter’s decentralized data services, while Orbiter expands its reach into the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Orbiter Finance, a decentralized cross-rollup bridge, and Zulu Network, a Bitcoin Layer 2 initiative, have announced a strategic partnership.

Zulu Network will have access to the Ethereum ecosystem through Orbiter Finance’s decentralized data communication services, which are safe, efficient, and part of the partnership. At the same time, Orbiter Finance will be able to contact more people all over the world thanks to Zulu Network’s assistance in integrating its services into the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Additionally, as part of this collaboration, the Zulu Network implemented Orbiter Finance on the Lwazi testnet. Since its April launch, the Lwazi testnet has welcomed nearly 700,000 users and recorded more than 4 million transactions.

Zulu Lwazi v3, the most recent version of the network’s testnet, provides users with an easy-to-navigate operating experience.

To expand the capabilities of the Bitcoin blockchain, the first Bitcoin Layer 2 network, Zulu Network, has a two-layer design with ZuluPrime as the main layer and ZuluNexus as the secondary layer.

ZuluPrime is EVM compatible, so it can handle scaling and BitFi needs, and ZuluNexus is UTXO programmable, so it can encourage Bitcoin-native innovation in a unique way that prioritizes speed, cost, extensibility, and programmability.

The project also introduces new features, such as a decentralized bridge and a hybrid proof-of-stake/proof-Of-Work mining algorithm.

Orbiter Finance has launched Orbiter Vizing and integrated it with Transit Swap on the Ethereum Layer 2 Network

One example of a Layer 2 infrastructure-supporting cross-rollup bridge is Orbiter Finance, which facilitates the transfer of Ethereum native assets.

The list of supported networks is broad and extensive, and it includes much more than only these: Optimism, Linea, Base, StarkNet, opBNB, Scroll, Arbitrum, Arbitrum Nova, Loopring, and Ethereum.

The platform’s zero-knowledge technology, Orbiter Vizing, powers the recently deployed Ethereum Layer 2 network.

This allows users to transfer assets and data between other Layer 2 networks. In order to improve the trading experience for users and strengthen support for cross-chain bridges, it has also connected with the cross-chain DEX aggregator Transit Swap.
