The world’s first non-fungible token (NFT) sporting event looks set to kick off with exciting matches lined up already. The NFT sporting event will take place at Dubai’s Burj al-Arab on May 14, 2022.

The event will feature a boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Don Moore, according to the Global Titans Fight Series on Twitter. There will be an NFT Livestream that will be made available on Rarible.

Global Titans Fight Series also announced on Twitter on April 22 about the battle between two legendary champions, Anderson Silva and Bruno Machado.

According to a tweet by Floyd Mayweather, the NFT ticket is out for sale. Due to the fact that this is the first NFT pay-per-view event, all viewers must purchase tickets from Rarible. NFTs purchased for the event grant the holder exclusive access to the event.

On May 14, NFT ticket holders will be able to watch the event online via an exclusive live-streamed pay-per-view for NFT ticket holders. A one-of-a-kind Global Titans NFT ticket will also be available for purchase.

NFT owners will have access to limited edition 3D collectibles, exclusive video content, and official media files from the event’s opening night.

Through the use of NFT technology, customers can be offered additional features such as future access, incentives, and prizes, all of which may increase the value of ownership long after the event has occurred.

To watch the live event, no passwords or access codes are required. Owners of ticker NFTs must instead link their crypto wallets (such as MetaMask) to the site in order to gain access.

Rarible currently has two Global Titans NFT tickets available for purchase ahead of the event.
