Heissam Hartmann, CEO of Ubunation, and Lea Kabitzsch, founder of UNDER Lea’s TRUST, expressed their support for the initiative.
In collaboration with UNDER Lea’s TRUST, a non-profit organization committed to improving educational opportunities in Kenya, Ubunation, a web3 charity, has organized a pioneering fundraising initiative involving the auctioning off of 10,000 NFTs to support the construction of a primary school in Nairobi.
During the “ULT Dream Careers Lion Charity Collection Campaign,” 10,000 limited-edition, one-of-a-kind NFT images of lions, the national animal of Kenya, will be available for purchase by campaign participants.
The campaign signifies not only a substantial advancement in the pursuit of enhancing education for disadvantaged children but also an unprecedented fusion of technology and philanthropy.
Ubunation’s Vision for Education in Nairobi
Through the $20 purchase of one of these limited-edition lion digital collectibles, benefactors make a direct contribution towards the achievement of a $200,000 objective established to provide education and a sense of optimism to the youth of Nairobi.
“Through this campaign, we are not just creating a collectible; we are building dreams and paving the way for a brighter future for the children of Nairobi. This is a testament to what we can achieve when technology meets compassion and collective action.”
At the introduction of this new initiative, Heissam Hartmann, the organization’s founder, and CEO of Ubunation, stated:
Lea Kabitzsch, the founder of UNDER Lea’s TRUST, further stated:
“Education is the cornerstone of development and empowerment. With every NFT sold, we move one step closer to turning the dream of accessible education for all into a reality in Nairobi. This school is not just a building; it’s a beacon of hope and opportunity for countless children.”
