Layer3, a distribution and identity system, plans to launch its token L3 this summer, offering the community access to 51% of the 300M token supply.
Layer3, a distribution and identity system, said that it plans to launch its token L3 this summer and provide the community with access to 51% of the 300 million token supply. We will reveal more information about tokenomics in June 2024. We expect the Token Generation Event (TGE) to commence later in the summer.
Early adopters and CUBE minters will receive 5% of the whole L3 supply through the first airdrop. We took the Genesis airdrop snapshot for early users and season 1 players on May 10th, at 2:00 PM UTC. More details will be released soon. There are plans for additional airdrops.
On the Layer3 Foundation website, those who qualify for the inaugural community supply can confirm their eligibility. We will send out notifications when the tools for submitting claims and the allocation checker become available.
The L3 utility includes a number of features, including the ability to join the Layer3 launchpad, reward multipliers, tiered experiences, and staking to gain L3 incentives. In addition, users can participate in governance over particular portions of Layer 3 protocols and burn L3 to construct on-chain experiences through identity and distribution infrastructure.
With the help of the Layer3 Foundation, the community will have the final say over significant choices made by L3 holders and play a part in the ecosystem’s growth.
What is Layer 3?
Ingenious distribution and identity protocol Layer 3 is intended to open up the $1 trillion “attention” business. Its primary goal is to establish a dynamic attention market through a unique identity and incentive structure, regarded as the most valuable resource on the internet.
Notably, Layer3 is the only omnichain identity and earning solution that is compatible with the Solana, Cosmos, and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks.
Since its launch, the protocol has brought together community members from around 150 countries in more than 96 million interactions across 545 ecosystems.
Three Sigma, a blockchain engineering and auditing group, recently audited Layer 3’s protocol. Additionally, the organization worked with Mode to retroactively give $50,000 incentives to users who browsed through its collection.
