Mocaverse Unveils MOCA Tokenomics

Mocaverse, by Animoca Brands, aims to reshape the Web3 cultural economy with its MOCA tokenomics, integrating culture, governance, and growth.

The Mocaverse Web3 project, created by Animoca Brands, a firm that develops game software, revealed MOCA tokenomics. The Moca network, comprising partner “subnets” and their users, runs on this omni-chain token. MOCA wants to bring together culture, governance, and growth in order to reimagine the Web3 cultural economy.

In the Mocaverse partner network, MOCA will serve as the principal means of payment, enabling cross-chain transaction costs and demonstrating user loyalty according to the amount and duration of holdings. Furthermore, MOCA will promote the development of growth-oriented products and services that let owners profit from their reputation and data.

The total number of MOCA tokens is 8,888,888,888, distributed among several categories. Thirty percent goes to the Treasury and environment, while 31 percent goes to the Moca network incentives. Liquidity reserves hold 10%, the team receives 12%, and strategic partners receive 13%. Contributors and consultants to distribution get 7%, running costs are 5%, and community sales are 1.5%.

Furthermore, they emphasized that they will distribute more than half of the token supply, including through airdrops, to foster community growth and user participation. A further share will go toward the Treasury and ecosystem in order to support network growth and increase the MOCA token’s prominence. The remainder will go into community sales, giving locals first dibs and restricted access.

After MOCA’s public sale, Mocaverse distributed over 126 million tokens to community members

As a growing network, Mocaverse provides an infrastructure layer that is interoperable and includes PointFi, identity, reputation, and account systems inside the Mocaverse Partner Network. The primary goal is to create an on-chain cultural economy.

They just held a community-wide public sale of MOCA tokens. This event distributed 126,984,127 MOCA tokens to Moca ID users, partner network members, and holders of Mocaverse non-fungible tokens (NFT).
